Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment or townhome.

OUR PET POLICY:

  • Our community allows dogs and cats.
  • No more than two (2) pets per apartment.
  • Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow-Chow, Doberman, Mastiff, Husky, Malamute, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, German Shepherd, and other non-domestic breeds will not be allowed on the property.

PET FEES

  • Pet: $35 monthly pet rent per pet + $300 one-time nonrefundable fee for one pet, $400 for two pets at move-in.
